We are now a truly multidisciplinary practice offering a wide range of treatments including reiki, acupuncture, rehabilitation, massage, podiatry and foot heath care as well as osteopathy.

Reflexology is a non-invasive, holistic therapy. It involves applying finger or thumb pressure to specific reflexes on the feet and/or hands which mirror the organs and structures of the body. It is is a deeply relaxing treatment which can help to promote a sense of wellbeing. As a result, it may be of benefit to those suffering from conditions such as low mood, stress, anxiety and insomnia

Julie-nne Monahan, our reflexologist, has been working as a foot health care practitioner with the practice for approximately twelve years. She has always had a keen interest in complementary therapies and has now added reflexology to her list of many talents. She qualified from The Richdales Institute at Hammersmith Hospital and has gained ITEC diplomas in reflexology and anatomy and physiology.

Trish Lucas, our podiatrist, has extended her clinic hours and is now available on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and alternate Saturdays.
