Ruth (sports and soft tissue massage therapist) has a very precise pair of hands and an in-depth understanding of the anatomy which enables her to pinpoint specific areas that were causing me issues and work on the root cause which gave me great results.  I would highly recommend her as one of the best manual therapists I have seen (and I’ve seen a lot!).
